1. We will help you with any returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. The purchaser can return or exchange the product by visting our factory outlet

2. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition

3. We do not accept returns on any used products

4. Shipping fees / Delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy

6. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for a replacement

7. We do not offer refunds for any products that have been damaged due to misuse by purchaser
